Nana Amisulashvili holds a Master’s in Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. In 2007 she joined the legal company VBAT and has been an associate partner there since 2012. Since 2011 she has been actively involved in insolvency proceedings as a representative of creditors, and a rehabilitation and bankruptcy manager. In 2015 she lead the Insolvency Law Reform Campaign which was supported by the Association of Law Firms of Georgia in conjunction with assistance from USAID’s project Governing for Growth (G4G). In 2016-2018 she was a member of an insolvency law working group which worked and was formed by the Ministry of Justice of Georgia and with the support of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ). Currently, Nana Amisulashvili is head of the Business Rehabilitation and Insolvency Practitioners Association (BRIPA).
