Ilia Meskhi graduated from Tbilisi State Medical University in 2004. In 2009 he received a state certificate in the specialty - General Surgery. In 2009 he was awarded the academic degree of Doctor in Medicine - General Surgery. In 2019 he received a state certificate in dermato-venereology.

Ilia Meskhi is a professor at New Vision University. In 2013-2016 he was a dean at New Vision University and in 2017-2019 - a dean at the School of Medicine of the Georgian-American University.

Ilia Meskhi is an aesthetic medicine specialist, international expert and speaker. Participates in all major international forums and conferences on dermatology and aesthetic medicine as an attendee as well as a speaker.
